The closing went perfect, the inspection went perfect, everything I was promised was finished not only correctly but also when I was told they would be finished.  I brought a friend of mine who builds homes in the Atlanta market and he was "wowed" by how well this home was built.  The appraiser told me "this guy's houses are the best ones up here."  Needless to say, I agree.
